Ms. Pamela Green

MA, RP, OAMHP
Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Supervisor

I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade in a variety of settings including individual, couples and group therapy. As an experienced mental health professional, I am passionate about helping clients to improve their mental and emotional wellness. To help facilitate your wellness, I work collaboratively with my clients to determine their counselling goals that foster personal growth, better mental wellness, functioning and healing. I work using therapy modalities that best suit your needs which include CBT, DBT, attachment theory and solution focused approaches.

My expertise includes working with clients who have experienced violence and trauma, helping clients throughout the processes of loss and grief and to which I currently moderate a grief support group. In addition, I work with clients experiencing anxiety in a wide range of situations from generalized anxiety disorder to specific phobias and fears.

I also work with those experiencing chronic and acute illness and have done significant work in helping clients navigate interpersonal relationship challenges, such as separation, divorce, blended families, adoption and codependent relationships.

Professionally, I continue to engage in training in my areas of practice and am a certified clinical supervisor to counselling students and registered mental health professionals.
