I honour the unique stories each of us lives and tells. As your therapist, I pledge to provide a safe, nurturing space in which you can tell your story, reflect on it, and transform it to balance your values with your behaviour. It is my belief that your personal narrative has a powerful impact on your body and that talk therapy can help re-shape your narrative to adjust your relationship to your body. Therapy can also help you establish improved relationships with yourself and may alter your connection to other people in your life. It can help you reconcile mind, body, and spirit.
My goal is to bear witness to your pain, provide you with tools to tolerate your distress and help you give meaning to your suffering. I hope that your therapeutic journey with me is transformative and healing. May your story be one of hope, growth and joy!
